Cancellation Guarantee
We GUARANTEE our performance in writing. If at any time during the
first 30 days of your listing and prior to finding
a buyer, you wish to cancel your listing, you
have the right to do so without any additional
payment or obligation to us.

on the risk so you don't have to!
*Pre-Paid Listings are not subject to withdrawal fees.

Refunds". All pre-paid fees are solely for listing home in CMLS and PMLS
and are non-refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to,errors
in listings.
No
fees are paid to
Venture Realty. For cancellations after 30 days seller shall pay
a $495 fee to Venture Realty. Prepaid listings are exempt from
the $495 fee.
Pre-paid listings paid by credit card are for 1-90 days non-pro rata MLS listing
services rendered. Additional 1-90 days ofCMLS & PMLS listing services rendered are
charged a
renewal fee of one dollar ($1 ) at the commencement date of each 1-90 day
renewal period. |
